Return & Refund Policy

Because all of our products are custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items due to size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check your order details (including size and shipping address) before placing your order.

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

• Your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective.

• You receive the wrong item.

• Your order is lost in transit.

If any of these issues occur, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Returns & Reshipping

• If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or being unclaimed, you will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

• We do not accept returns for items that were ordered in the wrong size or color.
