Processing Time

All products are made to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

Incorrect Addresses & Unclaimed Packages

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. Orders returned due to an incorrect address or unclaimed package can be reshipped, but the customer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll be happy to send a replacement.
